PTI Leader of the Opposition Omar Ayub Khan extended his congratulations as well, emphasizing the potential for improved relations between Pakistanis and Americans. The PTI’s official account echoed this sentiment, contrasting the US election with Pakistan’s political environment, where they claim public mandate concerns.
Pakistan Peoples Party Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari also congratulated Trump and his team, acknowledging the victory as a significant comeback. Bilawal expressed optimism that the administration would work toward regional and global peace and cooperation.
